Wael O. Haffar

Wael Haffar is an admitted attorney in New York and Tunisia with focus on corporate, M&A and finance. He is a professor of business law in Mediterranean Business School MSB, and he worked previously with Ernst & Young.
Wael is the co-founder and adviser in several NGOs including the Africa Fulbright Network AFN and the Tunisian Association for Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is also an elected board member in a number of other associations such as the Tunisian American Friendship Association TAFA established by President Habib Bourghuiba.
Wael is a Contributor to the World Bank Group and IFC publications and projects. He is a Fulbright alumnus, a Duke University School of Law Graduate and a Fulbright Alumni Digital Diplomat.
